A proper base
Ground screws or a concrete base set out level and to depth, so the structure does not settle, twist or take up damp from the ground.
Insulation and a breathable build-up
Insulated floor, walls and roof with a membrane and ventilation detail, so the room holds heat in winter and does not run with condensation.
Power, lighting and data
First and second fix electrics run back to the house by the group's own electricians, so the room works as an office from day one rather than on an extension lead.

Most garden rooms fall under permitted development, but height, position and how you intend to use it all matter. We check your specific garden before quoting.
